Was terrified to discover we had rats in attic on long weekend. Called my regular exterminator and they couldn't come for week or more. I called Frontier and they sent someone within an hr. Michael came out and checked the house. Great guy. Very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and made me feel better about situation. Answered any question I had through whole process with no hesitation. Gave me am honest quote and work scope and booked to come back in 3 days to do work. Completed all the work in a couple hrs and caught all the rats within 3 days. Came back to collect them whenever we called. Highly recommend them without any hesitation!!

Excellent work and good attention to detail. Michael arrived at the scheduled time and was finished with installing all of the pest barriers in under an hour. He was very polite and explained the work he had done in detail. When I was confused on one of the items, he reclimbed the roof and took pictures to show what pest measures had been installed. The overall price was also lower than I expected and I would definitely recommend him to others.

I agree with the other reviewers that they do have friendly service. They are inexpensive as well when you compare rates. They have been my exterminator since 2004!

This team were first class from the phone call tobeequwst services to the end follow up items. Chris provided the estimate to me and was very thorough in letting me know what was needed. after every follow up check point, he left a message. The team is very courteous and professional. Mike prevented me from getting scammed by 2 other pest control companies that said I had a rodent problem that did not exist.

He ended up helping me prevent any future problems though by helping me reseal 2 spots on my roof ridge and blocking entry under my garage.

This family owned business is very trust worthy and they have treated my home even when I'm not there. They took pictures and communicated all the work they did.
