Meet the Team

Danny was born in Brownsville, TX and is a U.S. Army veteran. Danny has been a great employee at Frontier Exterminating since 2001 and has more than 25 years of experience in the pest control industry. In his spare time Danny enjoys spending time with his grandkids and watching the Houston Texans or Astros.

Michael is a native Houstonian and has worked for Frontier Exterminating since 2009. Outside of work he enjoys watching sports, and spending time with his family. Michael loves the city of Houston and is quick to recommend new restaurants and parks around town to visit.

Mike was raised in Houston, attended college at UT Austin and then lived outside the state for 20 years. Seven years ago, he moved to Katy. He spends most of his spare time either fixing things or "goofing around" with friends or dogs. Favorite expression: If it won't budge, hit it with a hammer. If it breaks, it needs to be fixed anyway

Henry was born and raised in New Jersey. Henry began working in pest control in 2007 in New Jersey and continued working in pest control upon moving to Texas in 2015. Henry also enjoys working part time as a stand-up comedian. He is married and has 2 daughters and 4 sons.

Jim and his wife Joyce established Frontier Exterminating Co. Inc. in 1983 after determining their community of Katy, TX had great potential for growth and could support a local pest control company. Frontier Exterminating now services most of Houston and its surrounding suburbs. The Katy area remains Jim and Joyce's target market and where their office is located. They are incredibly grateful that their business has flourished with the support of their community. Jim and Joyce have three adult children who all reside in the Katy area. Their focus remains on their business, however, in their spare time Jim and Joyce enjoy traveling and most importantly spending time with their family and grandchildren.

Sharon grew up in Southeast Texas. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, photography, and listening to western country music.

Alex grew up in Katy, Texas. He started working with Frontier Exterminating in May of 2024. Outside of work, Alex enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and 3 girls. He is excited to further his knowledge of pest control.

Shane is from Houston but has spent time in Hawaii and overseas in the military. He is eager to wrestle an animal whenever it is needed. Outside of work he enjoys his family, BBQing, and fishing.

Heidi, a Houston native, is a dedicated wife and proud mom of 3 boys.
She finds joy in family time, traveling, and expressing her love through cooking and baking, with her cheesecakes being a favorite among those who know her.

Josh is a native of the Richmond/Rosenberg area. He is also a member of the Texas State Guard.
He enjoys spending time with his daughter, music and trying different restaurants.
